Ingredients:
4 white fish fillets (tilapia, cod, or halibut)
2 Tbsp Catch the Flavor seasoning
2 Tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp lemon zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh parsley or dill, chopped, for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Pat fish fillets dry and season both sides lightly with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, and Catch the Flavor seasoning.
Brush or drizzle the seasoning mix evenly over both sides of the fish.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a little olive oil if needed.
Cook fish fillets for 3–4 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley or dill, and serve immediately.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve over a bed of Forbidden Flavor Trio Rice or lightly dressed greens.
Add a wedge of lemon on the side for extra brightness.
Pair with roasted asparagus or steamed green beans.
Chef’s Tip:
For a baked version, place seasoned fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes.
