This nourishing soup is loaded with fresh vegetables, hearty beans, and the cozy, aromatic spice blend of your Winter’s Warmth seasoning — a perfect hug in a bowl.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 large onion, chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 carrots, diced

  • 3 celery stalks, diced

  • 1 bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes

  • 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

  • 6 cups vegetable or chicken broth

  • 2 tbsp Winter’s Warmth seasoning

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley or thyme for garnish
