Just Cluckin' Around Lemon Herb Chicken

This chicken dish brings out the best in your Just Cluckin’ Around blend — with fresh lemon, green onion, and a hint of heat — for juicy, tender bites every time.

Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (or breasts)

  • 2 tbsp Just Cluckin' Around seasoning

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped for garnish

  • Salt to taste (if your seasoning blend is low-sodium)

Directions:

  1. Pat chicken dry and rub evenly with olive oil.

  2. Generously sprinkle Just Cluckin' Around seasoning all over the chicken, coating every piece.

  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a bit of oil if needed.

  4. Place chicken skin-side down and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and crispy.

  5. Flip chicken, add garlic and lemon juice to the pan, and cook another 6–8 minutes or until cooked through (internal temp 165°F).

  6. Spoon the pan juices over the chicken as it cooks to keep it juicy and flavorful.
