Duo Quinoa with Pepper Mix

This vibrant blend combines white and red quinoa with a peppery, veggie-forward seasoning mix that brings it to life with every bite.
🍳 Stove-Top Cooking Instructions:
Serves 2–4
You’ll need:
1 cup Duo Quinoa with Pepper Mix
2 cups water or veggie broth
1 Tbsp olive oil or butter (optional)
Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions:
Rinse quinoa under cold water in a fine mesh strainer.
In a medium saucepan, bring water or broth to a boil.
Stir in Duo Quinoa with Pepper Mix and a touch of oil or butter if desired.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 5 more minutes to fluff.
Fluff with a fork and serve warm.
