Forbidden Flavors Trio Rice

Fragrant. Exotic. A Side That Steals the Show.
This rice blend is infused with a bold trio of seasonings—coconut, garlic, lemon, and warm spices—that turn ordinary rice into a flavor adventure.

Stove-Top Cooking Instructions:

Serves 2–4

You’ll need:

  • 1 cup Forbidden Flavors Trio Rice

  • 2 cups water or coconut milk (or a mix of both)

  • 1 Tbsp oil or butter (optional)

  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Rinse rice blend lightly (if desired for a softer texture).

  2. In a saucepan, combine rice, liquid, and oil or butter.

  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

  4. Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18–20 minutes.

  5. Turn off heat and let sit, covered, for 5 minutes to absorb steam.

  6. Fluff gently with a fork and serve hot. Add finely diced celery for a fresh crunch!

Chef’s Note:

Perfect paired with grilled veggies, shrimp, tofu, or roasted chicken. Add fresh herbs or chopped mango for extra flair!
